Teen Mothers in School | Young Mothers Quest for Education
“According to the Ministry of Education’s national guidelines on school re-entry in early learning and basic education 2020, education is a fundamental human right. Learners who become pregnant shall be admitted to the same form or class they were in before they left school to deliver their babies unconditionally.”
KTN News Kenya interviewed young mothers in CFK Africa’s Funzo Project, Community Health Promoters, school administrators, and a member of the Funzo Project’s community Advisory Council about CFK Africa’s support of teenage mothers in returning back to school.
