What do you think Boston will look like? What do you want the world to know about you? What are your football dreams? Through a highly competitive process, Festival 26 selected six CFK youth to represent Kenya in Boston at a FIFA World Cup global youth leadership and sports program in July. It’s been no small accomplishment to get to this point – out of 48 participating delegations, CFK is one of just four from Africa. CFK Africa youth Harriet, Erick, Faridah, and Nehemiah share what they most look forward to about their upcoming experience in Boston. We are cheering these young athletes on!

An energetic way to close out Mental Health Awareness Month! #CFKAfrica, alongside Mirror of Hope C.B.O and Mental 360 spent the day with #Kibera youth at Creakids learning, sharing, and breaking the silence around mental health. These enthusiastic young people showed up ready to engage, support each other, and embrace the importance of emotional well‑being! When young people feel heard, supported, and empowered, the whole community grows. #youthempowerment #mentalhealth
Our collective #MenstrualHygieneDay celebrations in #KilifiCounty were energetic! We united at Vitengeni ACC Grounds with the Kilifi County Government and like-minded stakeholders to champion dignity, awareness, and access to safe menstrual hygiene for every girl and woman! The ACC Vitengeni Division advocated for affordable menstrual products - and even free products in schools. The Hon. Clara Chonga, the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Gender, Culture, Social Services, Sports and Special Programmes, highlighted the power of male involvement in building a Period‑Friendly World. Together, we’re breaking stigma and fighting for a future where no girl is left behind. #PeriodFriendlyWorld #EndPeriodPoverty #CFKAfrica
We stand with The superb CBO and our Girls Empowerment partners in calling for a #PeriodFriendlyWorld! #MenstrualHygieneDay2026
