Hillary Okhidi Omala
Hillary has a long history in the nonprofit sector, managing health systems, leading research and policy development, providing program direction, and technical assistance, and leading strategic partnerships. He has spent the past ten years focused on strategic planning and implementation work for non-governmental organizations with an emphasis on capacity building and monitoring and evaluation. Hillary has previously worked with CFK Africa through his role with the CDC in Kenya and served a three-year term as a board member. Hillary serves on six government committees, ensuring the government considers the challenges faced by informal settlements when making decisions and policies. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication from the University of Nairobi and has a postgraduate diploma in Project Management from Nairobi’s Centre for Finance and Project Management. Hillary is a finalist for a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Nairobi, majoring in Health Economics and Policy Development, researching healthcare financing.

Mary Ndiba
Mary is a seasoned strategic leader with vast experience working in the development sector for close to 20 years. Her expertise covers multiple functional areas, including organizational strategy and development, financial management, budgeting and budget implementation, procurement, operations, audit and risk management, internal controls systems design and set up, grants and contracts management, sub-awards management, project lifecycle management, HR, and IT systems management.
She has managed projects from donors such as USAID, USDA, DFID, CDC, SIDA, IrishAid, EU, GIZ, UNICEF, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Mastercard Foundation, and The Rockefeller Foundation, among others.
Mary has held senior management positions in Kenya, East Africa, and Southern African regions. Prior to joining the development sector, she was an Auditor.
Mary holds a Master of Business Administration degree (Finance and Strategy) from the United States International University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Daystar University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK).

Mark Muasa
Mark is a champion of community-driven solutions for transformative development. He has more than ten years of experience in the development sector. He served as the Head of Health Services with CFK Africa and previously worked with the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI)/CDC within the International Emerging Infectious Disease program. Mark is passionate about community-driven change to improve the health of women and children. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Moi University, a Master of Arts in Medical Sociology from the University of Nairobi, and a postgraduate diploma in Project Planning and Management from the Institute of Finance and Project Management.

Erick Nandoya, Ph.D.
Dr. Nandoya offers over 12 years of professional experience from the public, private and civil society sectors. He has worked with international development organizations in East, South and Central Africa. His core areas of work experience combine good governance, civil society development, livelihood and small business development with a focus on vulnerable groups. He is highly versed in the research design, review and evaluation of international development initiatives. He is the current Principal Investigator (PI) to five scientific studies in a pool of experts under the USAID New Partnership Initiative (NPI)- World Relief, Strengthening Community Outcome for Positive Engagement (SCOPE) Project framework agreement for reviews and evaluations. In addition, Dr. Nandoya is a faculty member with Kenya Institute of Management and St. Elizabeth University Europe – The Kenya Chapter. Erick holds a Ph.D. in Community health specializing in infectious disease control.

Jane Ojijo
Jane is a financial professional with more than ten years of financial management experience. Jane has extensive experience overseeing and managing diverse financial portfolios, including multi-year and multi-funded donor programs. She has managed projects from individuals, foundations, international and local agencies, state departments, and UN agencies through her work with organizations including AVSI and Centre for Rights and Education Awareness (CREAW). Jane is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from KCA University and a diploma in Accounts from the Kenya Technical University of Mombasa.

Doreen Nkatha
Doreen is a finance and administration professional with more than seven years of experience in non-profit organization management. She previously served as CFK’s Finance and Administration Officer. Before CFK, Doreen served as a Financial Officer with Jhpiego and World Concern. She champions the improvement of internal controls to ensure the effective use of financial resources within the organization and promotes a culture of transparency and accountability. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is a registered CPA.

Ann Kungu
Ann has served with CFK Africa for more than ten years. She started as a program officer and then led a USAID–funded Orphan and Vulnerable Children Program. She then served as the CFK Impact Manger before transitioning to the role of Partnership Manager to support CFK’s expansion efforts. Ann has experience working with women and children in informal settlements in Nairobi. She earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Technical University of Kenya and is a candidate for a Masters in Public Policy from Kenyatta University.

Eddah Ogogo
Eddah is a progressive community health advocate with more than seven years of experience in community health and health service delivery. Eddah has served as a health Surveillance Officer for various organizations including Washington State University, Avo Global Enterprise, and KEMRI/CDC. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the Kenya Methodist University and a diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from the Kenya Medical Training College.

Jeffrey Okoro
Jeffrey has been a part of CFK Africa for more than ten years. He has strong roots in the Kibera community and finds joy in providing services that help uplift the lives of the deprived. Jeffrey is a manifestation of a success story for CFK and the community of Kibera, as he is a graduate of the Angaza Scholarship Program and serves as a powerful role model for youth in the Kibera community. Jeffrey is committed to empowering people to empower themselves. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Project Planning and Management from Moi University and a certificate in Business Mathematics.

Sarah Waithira
Sarah is a social justice advocate with more than ten years of experience in social and community work. She has professional experience in participatory development, monitoring and evaluation, program management, social-economic analysis, and lobbying for policy change for vulnerable groups. Sarah is passionate about working on issues related to adolescent girls and is working to realize social and economic transformation of girls from poor backgrounds. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Communication from Catholic University.

Beth-Ann Kutchma
Beth-Ann is a multi-media producer, higher education administrator, and non-profit leader with 20 years of experience specializing in global education, grant administration, media development, and research and evaluation. She has completed professional work with organizations including Carnegie Mellon University, the Nature Conservancy, the UNC Mathematics and Science Education Network, and served as a Senior Program Officer and Fulbright Program Advisor at the UNC Center for Global Initiatives. Beth-Ann served over three terms on CFK Africa’s Board of Directors and produced Without a Fight, an award-winning documentary that explores how soccer can facilitate social change in Kibera. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Terrestrial Ecology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
